Located on Orchid Avenue, the hotel is next door to the Dolby Theatre, TCL Chinese Theatre, and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The Hollywood Highland Center and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within a 2-minute walk. The hotel's back door places guests directly on Hollywood Boulevard.

Each room includes a refrigerator, premium cable TV, and a fully remodeled bathroom with a glass shower and white marble countertop. Air conditioning and heating are available in all rooms. Crystal chandeliers are installed in the bathrooms, and hair dryers and irons are available upon request.

A 24-hour front desk offers concierge service, luggage storage, and an ATM/cash machine on site. Parking is behind the hotel at $30 per vehicle per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can use the lobby microwave, ice machine, and vending machines at any hour.
